Shipping Policy

Cascade Pet Supply is a family of six Oregon pet stores. You can have your order shipped anywhere in the United States, delivered locally, or picked up at one of our stores.

Nationwide shipping

• We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Orders ship from our Salem, Oregon store by UPS or USPS. Rates for each carrier are calculated at checkout from your order's weight and destination, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
• When your order ships we email you a tracking number.
• Delivery time depends on the carrier and service you choose at checkout.

Free local delivery

• We deliver to homes within about 3 miles of our stores in Wilsonville, Newberg, North Salem, South Salem, Gresham and Tigard. If your address qualifies, delivery appears as an option at checkout.
• Delivery is free on orders over $75 and $5 on smaller orders.
• Our driver leaves each store at 3:15 pm every day, including Sunday, and deliveries arrive between 3 pm and 8 pm. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the next day.

In-store and curbside pickup

• Choose any of our six stores at checkout. Most orders are ready within the hour, and orders received at least 2 hours before closing are ready the same day.
• We email you when your order is ready. For curbside pickup, call the store when you arrive.
