We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cascade Pet Supply.

Unopened Items: You may return most unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Food Returns: If your pet refuses to eat a dry kibble formula, we accept returns on bags that are at least 50% full. Check with our staff for specific brand guarantees.

Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase when returning items to any of our physical locations.
