For the fastest service, you can return any online or in-store purchase to one of our physical locations.
Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return, along with your original receipt or proof of purchase.
Our team will process your return or exchange on the spot.

If you can't make it to a store, you can ship your online order back to us at your own expense.
Contact Us First: Please email us at [Your Return Email Address, e.g., returns@cascadepetsupply.com] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in a box. Please include your original receipt or order number inside the package.
Ship It to Us: Mail your return to the following address:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Items that are unused, in their original packaging, and returned with a receipt are eligible for a full refund.
Credit/Debit Card: Your refund will be issued to the exact card used for the original purchase.
Cash or Check: You will receive a cash refund.
Gift Card: Your refund will be issued as store credit on a new or existing account.

For items that have been opened or used, you may receive store credit for the full purchase price listed on your receipt. This credit will be added to a customer account under your name.

If you no longer have your receipt, we will do our best to find the original transaction in our system.
Please visit one of our stores and ask to speak with a manager for assistance.
To be eligible for a non-receipted return, the product must be in new, unopened, and saleable condition.
If we can successfully locate and verify the purchase, your return will be processed according to the conditions above.

If your dog or cat doesn’t like their food for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, even if the bag is open.
To be eligible, the food bag must still contain at least 90% of the product.
